We, PT CRONIN TECH PARTNERS (NPWP 1000 0000 1070 1386, NIB 1108260032303, Jl. Sunset Road No.105, Seminyak), help your business with digital marketing, websites, and client lead-generation.

Kamu yang melayani pelanggan langsung — atas namamu sendiri, dengan tanggung jawabmu sendiri, dan dengan izin usahamu sendiri. Kamu tetap bos di bisnismu.

You serve the clients directly — in your own name, under your own responsibility, and under your own business licenses. The Partner provides the services to end clients in their own name and responsibility.

Biaya atau komisi kita sepakati bersama dari waktu ke waktu (boleh lewat WhatsApp/email). Setiap bulan kami kirim tagihan (faktur), dan pembayaran ke rekening bank Perusahaan yang tertera di faktur.

Fees or commissions are as agreed between us from time to time (including via WhatsApp/email). Each month we send an invoice, and payment goes to the Company bank account stated on the invoice.

Pelanggan membayar langsung ke kamu untuk layananmu. Kami tidak pernah menerima uang pelanggan atas namamu — uang layanan itu milikmu.

Clients pay you directly for your services. The Company never collects end-client payments on your behalf — that money is yours.

Website, merek, konten, nomor telepon, listing, dan database pelanggan yang kami sediakan tetap menjadi milik eksklusif Perusahaan (kami yang membangun dan merawatnya).

Websites, brands, content, phone numbers, listings and client databases provided by us remain the exclusive property of the Company (we build and maintain them).

Klien yang datang dari website dan kanal kami, tetap lewat kami ya — itu cara kerja sama ini tetap adil untuk semua, jadi kamu tidak mengalihkannya untuk menghindari biaya yang sudah disepakati.

Clients originated through our website and channels stay through us — that keeps this cooperation fair for everyone, so they are not diverted to bypass the agreed fees.

Kalau salah satu dari kita ingin berhenti, cukup beri kabar 30 hari sebelumnya. Tagihan yang masih terbuka tetap perlu dibayar.

If either of us wants to stop, just give 30 days' notice. Any outstanding fees still remain due.

Data yang kamu kirim lewat formulir hanya kami pakai untuk mengelola kerja sama kita — tidak untuk hal lain. Kamu juga setuju bahwa informasi usahamu (nama usaha, layanan, area, nomor izin jika ada) boleh ditampilkan di website dan kanal promosi yang kami kelola untuk kamu — itu memang inti dari kerja samanya 😊

The data you submit via the form is used only to manage our cooperation — nothing else. You also agree that your business information (business name, services, area, license number if any) may be displayed on the websites and promotional channels we manage for you — that's the whole point of the cooperation 😊

Kerja sama ini tunduk pada hukum Republik Indonesia.

This cooperation is governed by the laws of Indonesia.

Fresh start 🌱 — Any previous informal cooperation between you and our team is considered concluded and fully settled by both sides: no obligations or claims remain from the past. Our cooperation starts fresh under the company from the date you accept these terms.
