No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. SMS / Text Messaging

You opt in to receive SMS text messages from Cronin Tech Partners exclusively by texting us first — for example by tapping the click-to-text link on our website, which opens your own messaging app addressed to (512) 877-1389. No web form or phone call on our site collects SMS consent or enrolls you in text messaging. When you text us, we collect your phone number and message content in order to respond to your inquiry, confirm your service request, and connect you with the assigned local service provider. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for assistance or email claudio@cronintechpartners.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.

To request deletion of your data, email claudio@cronintechpartners.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our website. These tools may use cookies. You can control cookie settings through your browser.

9. Facebook & Instagram Lead Ads — Sales Partner Recruitment

When you respond to one of our Facebook or Instagram lead ad campaigns to apply for the "bord" Sales Partner program (including in Switzerland), Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and its affiliates collect your name, phone number, and email address directly through Meta's native lead form and transmit that information to Cronin Tech Partners LLC as the recipient. We process this data based on our legitimate interest in evaluating, screening, and onboarding sales partner candidates (Art. 31 al. 1 nLPD, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR where applicable).

Because Cronin Tech Partners LLC is a Texas (USA) company, receiving this data involves an international transfer outside Switzerland. We rely on Meta's standard contractual safeguards and our own data processing terms with Meta for this transfer, consistent with Art. 16 nLPD.

We use this information solely to contact you about the sales partner opportunity, evaluate your candidacy, and manage the onboarding process if selected. We do not use lead ad data for any other marketing purpose. Recipients of this data are limited to Cronin Tech Partners LLC personnel involved in recruitment and the tools we use to manage applicants (e.g. email, WhatsApp). Applicant data is retained for up to 24 months from submission, or for as long as you remain an active partner, whichever is longer; you may request earlier deletion at any time (see Sections 6 and 7 above).
