Program terms & FAQ
Free participation. Registration is free and always will be. No payment, purchase or kit is required to participate.
What this is. A project-based audition/selection program for candidates for the Marketing Director Indonesia role. It is not employment, not an investment scheme, and not direct selling / MLM.
Each video is a project. Every published video is a single project paid a project fee. You choose your own timing, tools and production style.
Project fee is independent of the interview. Everyone earns a project fee for every video we publish, whether or not they are selected for an interview.
Selection, not auto-publishing. CTP decides which uploaded videos are published on client channels. A project fee applies only to videos actually published.
Referrals. The Team Leadership Score reflects the results of people you invite (one level only). No lottery, prize draw or element of chance is involved anywhere in this program.
Integrity. Paid promotion (boost/ads) and bots to generate views are not allowed. Videos with suspected artificial views can be excluded.
Privacy & your data. We collect your email and any video you upload, to run the program and — if selected — to publish on the social channels of the clients we manage. Request deletion of any not-yet-published data anytime at info@cronintechpartners.com.
How does registration work?
Enter your name and email. We email you a one-time access link — click it and your dashboard opens for 30 days on that device, no password needed. It is free forever; no payment, purchase or kit is ever required.
How is the project fee calculated?
Each published video earns a project fee of 10x its views in Rupiah, capped at Rp 10.000.000 per single video. We publish on the client accounts we manage, so we already know the view count — you don’t need to send proof.
Do I only get paid if I reach the interview?
No. The interview is the path toward the Marketing Director role, but the project fee is separate: everyone earns a project fee — 10x their video’s views in Rupiah — for every video we publish, whether or not they are selected for an interview.
What is the referral / Team Leadership Score?
Share your referral link. If someone registers with your code and gets videos published, their results also count toward your Team Leadership Score, and you receive 50% of the project fee of each of their published videos. It is a single level only — never referrals of referrals.
Do I get paid for every video I make?
You upload the video file you record; CTP decides which uploaded videos are published on client channels. A project fee is paid for each video that is actually published — publishing is not automatic.
What is the Marketing Director Indonesia role?
The finish line. Top performers are invited to interview for a role based in Uluwatu, Bali: a base project retainer of Rp 8.000.000 per month, 100% of the profit from the clients you manage in your first 3 months, plus an ongoing fixed percentage of those clients’ social-media profit.
Is this a job, an investment or MLM?
None of those. It is a project-based audition/selection program for candidates for the Marketing Director Indonesia role. It is not employment, not an investment scheme, and not direct selling / MLM.
Can I use paid boosts or bots for views?
No. You must confirm at registration that you will not use paid promotion (boost/ads) or bots to generate views. Videos with suspected artificial views can be excluded.
